terms of trade

GUILTY is supplied in three variants — Citrus Confessional, Bitter Justice and Cola Vice — in 250ml slim cans, carbonated and shelf-stable for 12 months from manufacture. Ingredient and allergen information appears on each can and in the current trade pack.

Wholesale and volume pricing is per the current Trade Kit, provided on account application. Prices are ex-GST and exclusive of freight unless stated. Recommended retail pricing is at your discretion. We may revise pricing on 30 days' written notice.

Minimum order one carton (24 cans), placed via trade@houseofguilty.com or your House of Guilty representative. Orders are confirmed on our acceptance, subject to availability.

Sale-or-return is not a standard entitlement. It may be offered at our discretion, case by case, having regard to the account. Where offered, undamaged, in-date stock in original condition may be returned for credit within the agreed period. Volume rates (10+ cartons) are supplied firm sale.

Firm-sale invoices are due net 14 days from invoice date. Any sale-or-return stock is invoiced on sell-through, with unsold stock credited on return. Payment by EFT to the account shown on invoice.

Next-day delivery is available to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra where serviceable. Delivery is included on orders of three or more cartons; smaller or regional orders may incur freight, quoted at order. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Title in firm-sale goods remains with Stabl Nutrition Pty Ltd until payment is received in full. Title in any sale-or-return stock remains with us until sold by you. You must store such stock identifiably and insure it while in your possession.

Store cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Rotate stock first-in, first-out and observe the best-before date. We are not liable for quality affected by storage outside these conditions.

Ingredient, allergen and nutritional information is provided on-can and in the trade pack. You are responsible for representing the product accurately to your customers. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All GUILTY names, marks, artwork and assets remain our property. Supplied assets may be used solely to promote your stocking of GUILTY and must not be altered. Other use requires our written consent.
